Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper

We’re seeking a dedicated, organized dishwasher who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Duties include thoroughly washing dishes, pots, and pans, as well as restocking items, unloading delivery trucks, helping prep cook stations, cleaning appliances and machines, and managing trash. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:

• Ensure a steady supply of clean dishes by washing plates, pots, and pans.
• Clean and restock kitchen and cook stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen machines and appliances, including coffee makers, mixers, and more.
• Vacuum the restaurant and clean bathrooms.
• Peel potatoes, onions, and other vegetables.
• Unload and store deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or breakages.
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other staff by assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Report any kitchen accidents or food safety violations.
• Stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Work in confined spaces and follow all food safety procedures.

To succeed as a Dishwasher, you should be a dedicated team player with excellent time management skills. You need to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment and follow all food safety regulations and procedures.
